This year's Veganuary, I shared a series of traditional plant-based dishes from around the world. This week, I will post them here on Facebook as a little throwback. Veganuary Ep. 1 - Hot and Sour Noodle Soup (Suan La Fen 酸辣粉) Although this recipe is based on the traditional dish, I have completely altered the noodles. Usually, the starch is not turned into a firm dough, but is gelatinised into a thick batter and pressed through a special colander. An ordinary colander doesn’t quite do the trick
