Individuals, IF the event involves any of the following: physical activity, animals, food preparation and distribution and health fairs with medical screenings or are open to the public. Room reservation fees: Nonprofit : 1-2 hrs. $50 / 2-4 hrs. $60 / 4+ hrs. $70. For-profit : 1-2 hrs. $175 / 2-4 hrs. $200 / 4 +hrs. $250.
