Buy Victoria 2 bro. It's an amazing game and even though I loved Vic3 I love Vic2 more still (Vic3 probably needs some more patches and dlc). Some of the reasons are: - The music is better. And that is not a minor point. The music is very immersive and might be my favorite soundtrack in any paradox game, certainly better than vic3.

Victoria 2 is absolutely still a game worth playing. Make sure you have both expansions, as they are required for basically every mod, as well as massively improving the game. As for what mods there are to play, there are many options.

Feb 6, 2017 · Industry: Understandable. I find industry in Victoria 2 to be a little inconsistent, and as it was a beginner's guide I didn't really want to give a small country beginner's guide. I find industry capacity of smaller nations to just be bad no matter how much you tech them.

Jul 22, 2023 · Yes. Its a completely different game from Victoria 3. Some aspects may look aged, but the game is solid on its own. Mods like HPM and GFM make it even better And as for DLCs, buy all of them. Victoria 2 is part of the old paradox models, where new mechanics would be introduced through DLCs. So definitely get the DLCs.

Dec 26, 2022 · Victoria 3's UI is much easier to understand and get into than Victoria 2, not to mention the fact that Victoria 3 has a functional tutorial. In fact, I argue that Victoria 3's UI is too simple for new players, causing more experienced players to have to go to greater lengths to find the information they want.
