also, personally I have, from before I got my quest 2, and as using my hobo vr ssetup, Rifcat 2.0 (PC) and Vridge (android). this software is not free, but costs next to nothing. an added advantage of this softare is it provides the ability to play normal PC games in VR. it supprtd both wireless andd usb connections.

I re-crimped the connectors with my fingers (it was pretty loose in the Quest 2 sockets) and a lot of my stutters and intermittent issues disappeared which contributed to lower FPS. 2.) I also got better FPS when I took my Oculus 2 back to default 3936 x 1384 at 72hz refresh.
