Dec 12, 2024 · Full gas rifle that's reliable. This is airsoft, you're going to have rapid fall off after like 100 feet with this stuff - it's great for CQB and trash beyond that for 'realism'. Any 'tactical' company that's saying 8mm vs 6mm or bigger bushings or what have you to sell you a $1200 upper are making bank.

Here's my opinion. If your not doing training/scenarios with other people. Its just an expensive toy. They aren't particularly accurate. At least at reasonable distances. So you really won't have any kind of marksmanship carry-over. They also don't give the same recoil impulse as a real rifle. So you aren't even practicing recoil mitigation.

For some, this is the overhand grip way up forward on the rifle (up near the front sight). For others, it is using a vertical or angled foregrip somewhere between the magwell and the front sight.
