Dale & Janet have been serving in Missions since 1988 in New Zealand with World Baptist Fellowship.

They have three boys, Josh, Nate, and Micah, and shifted to New Zealand in 1991. In 2003, Pastor Dale founded Community Baptist Church, which is the result of the merger of North City Baptist Church-Porirua and Bible Baptist Church – Karori, Pastor Brian Powers.
