Mar 5, 2019 · There are fog lamp assemblies out there that use LEDs but look stock-ish. My recommendation would be to look for a LED fog lamp assembly. The issue with LED bulb retrofits is that with LEDs, the light is distributed differently than the halogen bulbs.

Dec 27, 2019 · I'd like to stay with the factory fixtures since my Sahara is pretty much all stock. The factory bulb is an H3 which can be found at Superbright LEDS, but you will not receive too much of a performance increase other than a change in color due to the reflector design.

Jan 3, 2016 · Stock fog light seen on non Rubicon jeeps and the standard liberty. Hellas came on the '05 and '06 TJs from the factory. They are just Hella 500s in a Jeep housing. I've had several cracked lenses and I just buy the Hella 500 kit and only use the lenses. The bracket or housing would be a Jeep part.

Jan 11, 2025 · I have 500FFs on my pillars with 100W Hella bulbs. I also have Jeep OEM fog lights on the bumper but will also be putting in 100W Hella bulbs as soon as I upgrade the wiring and bypass the MFS.

Dec 7, 2024 · Replaced the bulbs with H3 bulb. Stock bulb for factory fog lights on TJ's. I'll post a few pics. Fairly easy to do, and cheap. Bulbs (basic bulbs) on Amazon $5.75 each, replace in pairs. Way cheaper then buying new ones. If you can find them. They light up great now just like new. Can't seem to put pics on a reply. I'll do another post.
