Here at Hempstead Valley, we take your safety and security very seriously. We work closely with Kent Police to ensure Hempstead Valley remains a safe and relaxed environment for our guests and staff. We also have our own fully accredited team who are also First Aid trained.

Hempstead Valley Shopping Centre provides free parking for customers whilst they are shopping and/or dining at the centre, with a maximum stay of up to six hours in place for all car parks. Wider blue badge disabled bays can be found in the undercover car parks underneath Sainsbury's and in the multi-storey car parks on levels 1 and 3.
