Absolutely beautiful caves and a great trail. The best of the National Park Caves due to the size and views. You add a lot of elevation if you walk back up instead of taking the elevator. Highly recommend!

This is a park road that leads you from Whites City to the visitors center at Carlsbad Caverns National Park. There are several turnouts along the way with interperative signs. There are two short, paved, hikes to items of interest too (a rock shelter, and a vista point).

This is a good place to have a picnic. There are informational signs and interesting cave features along the trail a short distance from the parking lot. This is a stop along the way to the Carlsbad Caverns Visitor Center.
