Normal duty hours are 0730-1630 M-F. An A1C will work right along side a Lt or a MSgt doing the same job and in some cases even have more experience and need to train someone of higher rank. You work really close with all the different squadrons on base and build good relationships with them. Leadership for the most part has been great for me.
