Delamination has been a known issue for 20 years and EoTech refuses to acknowledge or fix it. It will happen to every single one eventually because they all use the same defective glue that they always have.

If it is pre-2009, you can send it in for credit allowing you to buy any current EoTech at 1/2 price. The window on my 2007 vintage 552 delaminated and I replaced is with an EXPS-03 via this program.
