The Downriver shopping mall has struggled with financial challenges over the past decade, Taylor city officials say.

The longtime Downriver shopping mall at 23000 Eureka Road was sold to Greenwood Global, a private group near Chicago, according to a release from the city of Taylor.

Police said the incident occurred at about 6 p.m. on Dec. 27 at Zales. The store is located inside Southland Center, 23000 Eureka Road. If you recognize this man, call Taylor police at 734-287-6611.
