Eight weeks of the Iowa high school football season have come and gone. There is only one week left in the regular season for Iowa’s largest classes; teams in the smaller classes will commence postseason play this week.

Ballard (4-4, 2-2) looks to stay in the 4A playoff hunt with a win at Boone this Friday. Nevada (6-2, 3-1) is hosting Atlantic (6-3, 2-2) as the Cubs look to wrap up another playoff bid in 3A.

Classes 5A, 4A and 3A will finish up the regular season this week. Here's how the rankings look in each class heading into the final games.
