We took a look at ESPN analyst Mel Kiper's first NFL mock draft to evaluate where he thinks Cam Ward, Travis Hunter and Shedeur Sanders will go.

The Colts get QB Anthony Richardson some added help in the latest 2025 NFL mock draft from Mel Kiper Jr. at ESPN.

In the latest mock from our Christian D’Andrea — a top-five mini-mock — he had the Browns taking Colorado’s Shedeur Sanders at quarterback. But in Mel Kiper Jr.’s first mock of the year for ESPN, he had Sanders’ teammate Travis Hunter going to Cleveland and Sanders going to the New York Giants at No. 3.

Mel Kiper’s draft projection is sure to have every Dallas Cowboys fan buzzing with excitement and anticipation for draft day.

The Cincinnati Bengals approach the 2025 NFL draft with a variety of major needs, which creates some interesting scenarios in mock drafts. What the Bengals do in the first mock draft effort of the year from ESPN’s Mel Kiper Jr., though, probably isn’t the best use of the team’s premium first-round resource.

NFL Draft will be here before we know it and there are a few Michigan football players who have a shot to become first-round draft selections. Most notably, both defensive tackle Mason Graham and cornerback Will Johnson are potential top-10 picks while tight end Colston Loveland and defensive tackle Kenneth Grant are first-round hopefuls.
