Police say 48-year-old Angela Hensley admitted to killing a woman Sunday night at the Praxis Rehab Facility on La Salle Avenue.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A woman is charged with murder after being accused of strangling a patient to death at a Louisville addiction treatment center.

LMPD said they have arrested and charged a 48-year-old in the death of a woman following an incident at the Praxis drug and rehab facility.
