Owners of 27 years who made artful updates to an early-1870s house on Menomonee Street are asking a little under $1.9 million.

Plans call for 1,129 apartments, a 150-room hotel, 250,000 square feet of office space, and 156,690 square feet of retail space at Boca City Hall.
