Suspect shot, killed by officers after running from traffic stop and firing shots in south Phoenix
PHOENIX (AZFamily) — A suspect is dead after being shot by police officers in south Phoenix overnight on Wednesday. No officers were injured. Phoenix Police said the incident began when officers attempted a traffic stop on a pickup truck that was seen driving erratically around 12:30 a.m. near Southern and 19th avenues.
