Taco Bell’s new 2025 menu includes 30 items—plus a Purple Chile Sauce so spicy it requires a waiver. Here’s what’s coming and why it matters

Taco Bell and Milk Bar teamed up once again to create a brand-new, frosting-filled dessert. The Birthday Cake Churros, with its crispy cinnamon-sugar shell and gooey vanilla center, are now available nationwide for a limited time.

Items include soft and crispy tacos at about $2.99 each; a burrito at $5.99; a quesadilla at $6.49; and a chicken bowl with rice, black beans, iceberg lettuce, shreddedpurple cabbage, pico de gallo, reduced-fat sour cream, guacamole and cheddar cheese at $7.99.
