Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts left the game against the Washington Commanders in the first quarter and was being evaluated for a concussion. Hurts was injured by a tackle from Washington's Frankie Luvu and Bobby Wagner at the end of an 11-yard run to the Washington 21.

Although Hurts did get up quickly with help from a teammate, he was instructed by an official to get checked for a concussion.
