LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) -Lanes have reopened on I-265 East in southern Indiana, hours after a garbage truck caught on fire. Both the east and westbound lanes were shut down while crews responded.

The crash was reported around 3:20 p.m. on I-265 west between I-65 and Charlestown Road in New Albany, according to INDOT. All westbound lanes of traffic were closed while crews cleaned the debris.
