The Sewerage Commission Oroville Region will break ground this summer on a more than $19 million facility upgrade project.

Lake Oroville, a key reservoir, is currently at an elevation of 840 feet, with storage at 2.58 million acre-feet, which is 75 percent of its total storage capacity, according to a DWR spokesperson.
