The San Antonio Spurs star did not shy away from sharing what surprised him the most during his Rookie of the Year campaign.

San Antonio Spurs center Victor Wembanyama lived up to the hype in his rookie season in the NBA. He ran away with the Rookie of the Year plum after putting up 21.4 points, 10.6 rebounds and a league-best 3.6 blocks per game. He finished second to compatriot Rudy Gobert of the Minnesota Timberwolves for the Defensive Player of the Year award.
