MGM Resorts and Marriott are transforming Delano Las Vegas into a W Hotels brand, with bookings rising post partnership announcement.

In a release on Monday, MGM Resorts International and Marriott International, Inc. announced that an iconic property will be converted to the W Hotels brand. The arrival of W Hotels has been highly anticipated since the licensing agreement was announced in July 2023.
