With it being the NFL's so-called Black Monday, in which head coaches are fired the day after seasons end, Antonio Pierce's job security is in the headlines.

The fact that a formal meeting with team owner Mark Davis hasn’t happened yet means that Pierce is no lock to return for a second full season in silver and black.

Antonio Pierce officially finished his first year as the Las Vegas Raiders' head coach, and it sounds like he has a good chance of remaining in this position, at least from what he's heard. There's been speculation the Raiders could fire Pierce after the team went 4–13 this season, but the coach is calling this purely outside rumors.
