A suspect was taken into custody in relation to the shooting of two people in Texas and the disappearance of three children.

There are new details about what may have lead up to the double homicide and AMBER Alert on Monday. A 31-year-old is now behind bars and charged with the death of the two victims. Crime Watch reporter Meredith Aldis has the details.

AUSTIN — Three children have been found after they were reported missing out of Austin, police said, last seen on Sunday at 5 p.m. The Texas Department of Public Safety did not where the children were found or if they were found with anyone.
