As wildfire victims continue the long road to recovery, a nine-mile stretch of Pacific Coast Highway reopened Thursday for residents, businesses as schools.

Los Angeles wildfire survivors are continuing their long road to recovery after some lost everything in last month's deadly Eaton and Palisades fires.

A new wildfire was reported today at 1:21 p.m. in Santa Cruz County. Hwy 1 Davenport Fire has been burning on private land.
