Collins is a developmental pick late in the draft. He is a fantastic athlete with great size. Scouts will be drawn to his untapped potential. The Browns could fall in love with his measurements and humble statistical profile, similar to how they viewed Donovan Peoples-Jones who developed into a professional in Cleveland.

NFL Draft class is not one likely to incite multiple trades up on draft night. There is a limited supply of blue-chip talent and those teams in position to nab one are not going to be quick to trade out.
