A new photograph of King Charles has been released to mark Burns Night, offering a rare glimpse inside the impressive library at Balmoral Castle.

King Charles wore a kilt in a new photo released by Buckingham Palace in honor of Burns Night, the annual celebration of Scotland's national poet Robert Burns. See his skirted look, here.
