MILAN (Reuters) -Inter Milan came from a goal down to salvage a 1-1 derby draw against AC Milan with Stefan de Vrij snatching an added-time equaliser at the San Siro on Sunday, as they missed the chance to go provisionally top of the Serie A standings.

Inter and Napoli drawing also kept third-placed Atalanta BC’s unprecedented title bid on course, although the provincial upstarts are seven points behind Napoli and four away from Inter.

Inter defender Stefan de Vrij scored a stoppage-time equaliser to deny AC Milan victory in Serie A. Sergio Conceicao's side looked set to complete the league double over rivals Inter in the Derby della Madonnina when Tijjani Reijnders put them ahead just before the break.
