After a nearly two-decade hiatus, the Acura RSX is coming back and should be on sale by early next year. Of course, like all comebacks in this day and age, it won’t be the Acura RSX you and I remember.

Acura will add a second electric SUV to its lineup this year, this time designed in-house, and once again recycling a name from the brand's past.

Acura is bringing back the RSX name, but not as a performance-oriented sport compact coupe. Instead, it's an all-electric crossover based on the Acura Performance EV Concept shown at Monterey last year.
