The U.S. Secret Service spotted Arceo before 6 p.m. Wednesday when he jumped over Mar-a-Lago's security wall on the east side of the property along South Ocean Boulevard, the arrest report said.

NEW AT SIX A SUNNY ISLES MAN IS FACING CHARGES FOR JUMPING OVER THE WALL SURROUNDING MAR-A-LAGO, A U.S. SECRET SERVICE AGENT DETAINED BIJAN ARCEO ON THE PROPERTY AROUND 6:00 TUESDAY NIGHT.

It is understood the man, aged in his 40s, jumped from the dam wall and attempted to resurface but was pulled into a strong current. His body was located in the water just before 6am on Tuesday.
