After months of discussion, engagement and debate, the Columbus City Schools Board of Education voted Tuesday night to close five of the nine schools recommended by a facilities task force.
Members also voted to close five schools — Moler, Broadleigh, and West Broad elementary schools, Buckeye Middle School, and the building home to Columbus Alternative High School, also known as CAHS.
