Crews were able to successfully removed a capsized Huntington Police Department patrol boat from the Ohio River on Thursday. Officials said the boat was found capsized Wednesday morning.

The Hudson mayor suggested penalties like revoking hunting and fishing licenses, boat licenses and even driver's licenses.

For 100-plus days now, the abandoned boat, Deep Thought, has been stranded on the Lake Michigan shoreline.
