Walgreens said Tuesday it will close 1,200 U.S. retail stores, including 500 in fiscal 2025. The pharmacy giant has not disclosed the locations of the stores set to close. Walgreens (Nasdaq: WBA) has around 100 stores spread across Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill.
