Global share markets were under pressure on Friday as investors counted down to a U.S. jobs report later in the day that could exacerbate or ease the sell-off in the global bond market, while the dollar stood near two-year highs.

U.S. bond yields were little changed early Wednesday, with benchmark yields hovering close to their highest since April last year as inflation concerns linger.

U.S. Treasury yields were flat early on Wednesday as investors awaited labor market data and the minutes from the Federal Reserve's December meeting.
