Nearly two months into the ongoing Texas measles outbreak, it and New Mexico are reporting growing case counts across several counties in their states.

Measles cases related to the outbreak have been reported in 11 Texas counties since late January, with the vast majority of 191 in Gaines County, followed by Terry County with 36 cases and Dawson and Yoakum counties each with 11. There have been seven other cases in the state not tied to the West Texas outbreak.
