Chelsea are closing in on a deal worth around £12million to sign 19-year-old defender Mamadou Sarr from Strasbourg. Strasbourg are owned by BlueCo, the parent company of Chelsea, and Sarr will move to Stamford Bridge in the summer.

The 19-year-old has been a regular fixture in Ligue 1 since breaking into the side this season. And Blues manager Enzo Maresca has beaten the inevitable summer rush for his services by striking a deal which will see him arrive at Stamford Bridge at the end of the season.
