Josh Hart and the New York Knicks certainly don't love facing the Boston Celtics. The Knicks' championship case took a major hit over the weekend: their 37-point loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers was bad enough but New York also endured a 118-105 defeat at the hands of the Boston Celtics less than 48 hours later.

The NBA announced Monday that it has fined New York Knicks guard Josh Hart $2,000 for his flop against the Boston Celtics on Sunday. The incident came in the third quarter, with the Celtics up 20, and was fairly egregious on the part of Hart: The Celtics ultimately won the game,

Jayson Tatum had 25 points, 10 rebounds and nine assists as the Boston Celtics extended their winning streak to five games with a 118-105 victory over the visiting New York Knicks on Sunday.

After a 118-105 loss to Boston on Sunday, New York admitted it has a long way to go to catch its rivals after falling to 0-5 against them this season.
