Hi...I’d say if you are comfortable with who is playing the place itself is as kid friendly as most smaller venues. I saw a good deal of security. They do serve alcohol but I wasn’t drinking, they serve soda also and outside they have a nice food court...every place is well lit except the restrooms. I’d suggest getting the vip seats because the stage is low and kids will just be staring at peoples backs on the floor. But, the sound was so horrible during the show I saw there, I bet it could make any band sound bad.
