A beautiful waterfall just in the outskirts of Ella. There are hordes of Hindu tourists in the falls. It is reached via tuk tuk or walking from Ella town.Full review by hasanayn114

Lonely Planet describes the path to the upper falls as such: follow the train tracks from Ella towards Banderawella for 45 minutes, cross a black bridge and turn left at a shrine, then go down an embankment. I had planned to access this way but turned around when it started raining.
