Answering from RCL perspective: No, the group doing the pigs is separate from the other two groups (just chilling, and those snorkeling). They break you up by groups at the port and give you different wrist bands. Once everyone gets to the island you go to different places based upon your specific excursion. I would book the 3 who want to do pigs on that one and the other 3 on the regular chill excursion. You’ll all travel to the island together and leave the island together.
