Come early at 6am theres no more sea of clouds. Avoid bring car during rainy season the parking lot is muddy we nearly get stuck on the mud. Better Park your car and walk on a 1 way road to kiltepan.Full review by jrnviray

You can hike Kiltepan but If you are going there to watch the sunsrise you'll need to trekk in the dark. If you'll be able to catch a publuc transport to Kiltepan you just need to tell them that you'll get off at the gasoline staion near kiltepan and you can walk from there. You will be able to recognize the path where jeepney's passes through going up just follow that. But I will personally recommend you ask your hotel/guesthose If you can join a tour and pay as a joiner just for the ride to kiltepan.
