There may be poison Ivy and Poison oak. Occasional hog weed in the area but I have not heard of any in the Komoka Park. Robert

Are the komoka trails good for running? I would like to be able to go for a run through the trails but know nothing of the area. I live very close to komoka and thought this would be a great way to get outdoors

I am not a runner myself, but almost every time I hike the trail I encounter runners, male and female so it must be a good trail for them.
