Is it safe to walk along the trails, given the recent possible bear sighting in Kilworth? Are members of park management taking any precautions or do they have any recommendations for people using the trails?
Are the komoka trails good for running? I would like to be able to go for a run through the trails but know nothing of the area. I live very close to komoka and thought this would be a great way to get outdoors

I am not a runner myself, but almost every time I hike the trail I encounter runners, male and female so it must be a good trail for them.
