There is plenty of free parking at the Library. It would be best to call or stop by the admissions desk and ask where they want you to park. Access to the entrance is kind of tight- may be challenging to drive a large RV onto Barbara Bush Drive.

There is a larger piece outside the museum you can see without paying to go in.
