Not to my knowledge, I've not tried the trails in the late winter or when the park has been closed. Getting caught in that area in the winter is not a good idea I know that part of this …

Not to my knowledge, I've not tried the trails in the late winter or when the park has been closed. Getting caught in that area in the winter is not a good idea I know that part of this country well. I might suggest contacting the park ranger stations on the web site or try 828-298-0398 or 800-228-7275. Hope this helps.
