A day out for the family, however alot of enclosures seemed a little run down or empty. Needs alot of work. Also a shame you can't walk through and see any penguins, can only be seen through a screen…Full review by Exhausted-foodie-04

Very pleasant day - staff all seemed very pleasant and chatty - animals seemed well cared for. Deducted a star as charge of £17 for a three-year old child seems excessive.Full review by Heexagone

The Christmas how was amazing. We laughed so much and it was so cute. My 5 year old had the best time! She was even picked as a helper. Can’t wait for more shows!Full review by Corinna M
