If a compensation agreement has been signed by both brokers, but the Buyer agent adds compensation to be paid on Buyer behalf by the Seller in the PSA, does this mean that the Buyer's agent could be double paid? I am thinking you only need the compensation agreement. Should the seller counter and remove the verbiage from the PSA?

If compensation has been agreed to in the compensation agreement and it is a satisfactory amount to buyer, there is no need to address compensation in the purchase and sale...
