She found out today that they're saying their hours are 12-4 PM Tues.-Saturdays, though it "might change by an hour" during the summer season, they haven't yet decided. Hope this will help... Hi, the Gulf side artificial reef is in located in the Navarre Beach County Park and accessed from the Sea Oat pavilion parking lot. Follow the boardwalk to the beach and head east approximately 100 feet. The site is marked on shore by two large PVC posts positioned on sand dune.
