There may be a difference, but I could not see it. 1st class may have additional perks - drinks or photos. Another thing window seats are an unnecessary extra expense. All seats have a great view of the river. Folks at the window do not go the buffet first. I actually like the seats in the middle of the floor - easier access to the dance floor and getting up from your chair.

Yes there is a long line which moves fast depending on the clerk. Casual wear is fine.

Dependent on your time of arrival!If you arrive early obviously you will board early but you will wait in line.I waited for approx 20 mins after securing tickets!
