Dangerous experience. At a 6-year-old’s party, 14- and 16-year-olds played alongside younger kids with no staff supervision, creating safety concerns. Bathrooms were dirty, and only one sink worked. Full review by Marcela C

I don’t know a name but the woman that said she was the manager when we had an awful situation involving an abusive child using fowl language and hitting my child and chasing him to the point of an adult restraining the other hold was unprofessional and rude. She clearly was amused by the entire situation and smiling about it and sneering while making sure the other family slipped out before I could get their information. Please don’t go here. The staff and management is awful.
